Casa Santoni is a comprehensive renovation project of the Gabriello Santoni company headquarters, a renowned Italian brand of liqueurs and spirits. The design aimed to create a space that blends aesthetics, functionality, and tradition, fully reflecting the company’s identity and offering visitors a memorable experience.

The design process involved an interdisciplinary team led by our studio, with a strong focus on natural materials and environmental sustainability.
The use of wood and transparent surfaces, the attention to detail in the furnishings made by local artisans and the warm tones inspired by earth and spirits create elegant and welcoming interiors that evoke the 1960s—the founding era of the distillery.
Elements such as the wooden brise-soleil embody the soul of the project—symbols of craftsmanship and innovation—while the aromatic garden forms a natural bridge between distillation and the Tuscan landscape.
